Homefwo Pvt Ltd, with the support of the Pakistan Design Council (PDC), Ministry of Commerce, was established to deliver premium interior design and home renovation services under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Incorporated in 2016, Homefwo undertook a landmark project to redesign and renovate residential complexes in Lahore, ensuring modern aesthetics and functionality. The project, entrusted to Homefwo on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis in April 2016 for a 10-year concession period, enhances living spaces with sustainable design solutions, tailored to client needs across Pakistan.

Background
National Highway Authority (NHA) with the assistance of the Infrastructure Project Development Facility (IPDF), Ministry of Finance intended to develop a Railway Overhead Bridge at Habibabad under the Public Private Partnership (PPP). The existing bridge constructed in 1986 needed major rehabilitation and geometric improvement to attain the design speed (110Km/Hour) as currently implemented on National Highway. Construction of new flyover was entrusted to FWO on BOT basis during April 2014 for a concession period of 10 years with the following benefits:-
